Ok, that does it. I know what happens. Humans in the frikkin pokemon can’t count further than 10. They quit school to go on their journey and do not think about time, making them think they’re always 10. 
Or they all have a not-age disease and Agatha catched it when she already looked old. Therefor, she does not die and nobody can take her place as the “oldest elite four”.
Someone else, make up a bloody theory, this does not make any sense!
